TMA Component System & Data Reduction Software

Transcription-Mediated Amplification (TMA) technology allows for the amplification and detection of nucleic acids in serum or plasma. Designed to produce consistent, reliable results, the Siemens TMA Component System is an easy to use, modular system that streamlines assay processing. The system is composed of the Target Capture System (TCS), the Luminometer HC+, TMA Data Reduction Software, and a computer system. The TCS assists in the target capture step and the Luminometer HC+ automates the signal generation and detection steps. The TMA Data Reduction Software calculates results and generates reports.
